Drage
Drage is tourist, fishing place near Pakoštane. It is placed on halfway between Zadar and Šibenik. Drage is quiet and peaceful Mediterian village and it can win your heart with natural ambient around. Rugged coastline with many coves and beaches helped in development of tourism.
Drage is surrounded by one of the most famous National park Kornati in Croatia and Nature park Vransko lake.
Pakoštane
Pakoštane is small mediterian town placed in the centre of adriatic coast and between sea and famous Vrana lake on the other side. Four national parks (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica, Plitvice lakes) and two nature parks (Telašćica, Vrana lake) are surrounding Pakoštane.
National Park Kornati
The Kornati archipelago of Croatia, also known as the Stomorski islands, is located in the northern part of Dalmatia, south from Zadar and west from Šibenik, in the Šibenik-Knin county.
In 1980, the eighty-nine southernmost of the 140-odd islands, islets and reefs of the Kornati archipelago were declared a national park, Nacionalni Park Kornati, protecting the islands and their marine surroundings. The national park includes 109 islands, of which 76 are less than 1 hectare in size. Of the total land surface area of Kornati (62 km2), 85% is stony, and only 5% has been cultivated.
Kornat, the biggest of the islands with a total area of 32.44 square kilometres (12.53 sq mi), comprises two-thirds of the park's land area. Although the island is 25.2 kilometres (15.7 mi) long, it is no wider than 2.5 km (2 mi). The park is managed from the town of Murter, on the island of Murter, and is connected to the mainland by a drawbridge.
Nature Park Lake Vrana
Lake Vrana (Croatian: Vranskojezero) in Dalmatia is the largest lake in Croatia. It is a designated nature park (park prirode), a kind of protected area in Croatia. It is located in Zadar County and Šibenik-Knin County, between the towns and municipalities of Benkovac, Pirovac, Pakoštane, Stankovci and Tisno.
The area of the lake is 30.7 square kilometres (11.9 sq mi), the elevation of its surface above sea level is only 0.1 metres (0.33 ft), while its maximum depth is 4 metres (13 ft). The lake is in a karst valley filled with water and is a rare example crypto depression. The dominant feature of the park is a special ornithological reserve, an almost untouched natural habitat of birds, a rare wetland system, full of high biodiversity and an outstanding scientific and ecological value. The lake provides an ample amount of fish for fishing enthusiasts.
